Mr. Garnett, a chartered accountant, is a senior financial executive with many years of experience. He has served as the CFO and Executive Vice President of a major public company with $700 million in revenue that acquired 100-150 businesses each year. Mr. Garnett restructured a U.S. based publiccompany with $400 million of revenue with 43 branch offices. He was President of Eaglequest Golf Centers and Senior Vice President of Family Golf Centers, a U.S. public company that was largest owner of short golf courses and driving ranges in North America. Mr. Garnett has spent the last five years as a Director and CFO of Sagebrush Golf and Sporting Club helping develop the 2010 best new course in Canada.

As a Certified Corporate Director, he has served on the boards of six public companies and in addition to VRX Worldwide Inc., he currently serves as Vice Chair of TransLink and director of Great Panther Silver Limited, Bitzio Inc. TransLink is responsible for the roads, bridges and transit system for Greater Vancouver managing $10 billion in assets. Great Panther is a silver mining company. Most recently Mr. Garnett served on the board of Coast Capital Savings, a $12 billion credit union, and spent 10 years as Chair or Vice-chair. In 2009 he served on the board of Central 1 Credit Union, the liquidity provider for credit unions in B.C. and Ontario.

Mr. Garnett owned businesses based in the U.S. and Canada in the transportationindustry for ten years. He earned his ICD.D designation in 2008 and has served for 40 years on various boards.
